Dumped dog fights for her life

UPDATE 21 Dec - Hope was RELEASED from the animal hospital today after almost 5 weeks in intensive care! She still has infection in her leg bone as well as a few open wounds but she no longer needs to be hospitalized! Troy Animal Rescue Project has placed her in a medical care foster and then she will go on to her forever home (yet TBD). UPDATE 17 Dec - 4 weeks in the hospital because this dog's wounds/infections were so bad! She is just about healed though and should be checking out soon! Hope the dog is still fighting for her life but showing small improvements. The vet is cautiously optimistic that she may actually survive. The man in the surveillance video has been identified, spoken to by the Union Springs Police and determined to have done nothing illegal. Please be patient with my responses as I've been tied up with an adoption event today but will get back on in a few hours UPDATE 19 Nov 8:43am Hope is still very sick, but she is a little brighter, her bloodwork has shown improvement since yesterday and she is eating. UPDATE 7:10pm: Dr Loch has done everything she can for this girl and now we must wait and see. she has had plasma transfusion, IV antibiotics and I don't even remember what else. Basically anything and everything that might help has been administered. Taylor Crossing has a vet tech on duty 24 hours a day so Hope will be monitored closely thru the night. UPDATE 3:30pm: Per Dr Loch at Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital, this dog suffered from a horrible dog fight which has left her near death. She is receiving the best care possible but still has a very slim chance of survival. Her wounds are about a week old so if she had an owner, that person failed to get her medical attention when the attack happened. HELP NEEDED! Graphic images! Can anyone help us figure out who abused this dog and who dumped it?!? Surveillance video coming soon but description of truck and man is in this video as well.
