THE CAPTAIN of the Croatian national football team and Real Madrid player Luka Modric is enjoying his vacation with his family and friends in his hometown of Zadar after winning the La Liga.
A photographer caught him relaxing on the beach, but even there, Modric did not rest for long. He was diving off the pier, paddling on a board, and swimming.
Soccer player Marko Ostric kept him company on the beach. They have been friends since they were young, and Modric was his best man when he got married in 2017.
In the season of 2017/2018, Modric won the Golden Ball during the World Cup in Russia, as well as the UEFA Best Player in Europe Award, the Best FIFA Men's Player Award, and the Ballon d'Or presented by the France Football in 2018.
Luka's whole family is in Zadar, where he was recently seen swimming with his daughter Emma.
