The title for the famous club from Anfield was made possible by Chelsea, which stopped Manchester City in London, won by 2:1, stole its points, and put the trophy in the hands of the Reds.
The Liverpool supporters celebrated the title in their homes, watching the live stream from Stamford Bridge, and Dejan Lovren was among the luckiest.
Lovren became the first Croat in history to win the title in the Premier League. After last year’s European Championship, the Croatian defender also awaited the title in the most glamorous league in Europe.
