OVER the last 24 hours two new COVID-19 cases have been registered in Slovenia and one person has died, the government tweeted on Sunday.

Twenty-four patients are currently hospitalised, including three in intensive care.

The number of cases since the start of the epidemic has reached 2,249 and the death toll is 127, the Slovenian Health Ministry said.
